Physical Products
Items such as printed materials or physical tools are shipped from Italy. Full delivery and return details are available in our Delivery & Returns Policy.
Digital Products (Patterns & PDFs)
Digital knitting and sewing patterns are delivered electronically and are for personal use only.
You may not:
Redistribute, resell, or share the files
Upload them to public platforms
Use them commercially
Physical items made from our patterns may not be sold.
Online Courses
Course access is delivered digitally. Courses are intended for personal learning and may not be copied, shared, or recorded.
2. Copyright
All content on this website—including patterns, images, layouts, videos, and text—is the intellectual property of Studio Gavari / Patternly and protected by EU copyright law.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (PayPal, Stripe).
4. Delivery
Physical products ship from Italy. Digital products are delivered by email immediately after purchase.
Courses are delivered when account access is granted.
5. Returns & Refunds
Physical products may be returned within 14 days.
Digital downloads cannot be refunded once delivered.
Courses cannot be refunded once access is granted.
