WHAT KIND OF PRODUCTS DOES PATTERNLY OFFER?
We offer three types of products: digital knitting and sewing patterns, online courses, and a small selection of physical items. Each product type has its own delivery and return conditions.
HOW DO I RECEIVE A DIGITAL PATTERN AFTER PURCHASE?
Digital downloads are delivered by email immediately after checkout.
You’ll receive a message with a download link. Simply click the link and save the file to your device..
I CAN’T FIND MY DIGITAL DOWNLOAD EMAIL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
First, check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, email us at patternly@studiogavari.com with your order number, and we’ll resend the files.
CAN I ACCESS MY DIGITAL PATTERNS LATER?
Yes. Your download once purchased can be downloaded again, and the files can be saved to your computer or cloud storage for future use. If you ever lose access, we’re happy to help you retrieve your pattern.
CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY DIGITAL PATTERNS?
Digital downloads cannot be returned or refunded once delivered, as they are available immediately after purchase.
If you need a translation of a pattern, we’re happy to provide any versions we have available.
CAN I RETURN MY PHYSICAL PRODUCTS?
Yes. Physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.

DO YOU OFFER RETURN ON COURSES?
Courses are delivered digitally and are non-refundable once access is granted.
CAN I SELL ITEMS MADE FROM PATTERNLY DESIGNS?
No. All patterns are for personal use only. Products made from our patterns may not be sold or used commercially.
WILL YOU RELEASE MORE PATTERNS AND COURSES?
Yes. Patternly is growing, and new designs will be released regularly. Join our newsletter to be the first to know.
